1. I am a well trained, experienced and professional home inspector who goes the extra mile in performing a quality home inspection. I exceed the most stringent standards in the home inspection industry and I prepare a professional home inspection report using HomeGauge inspection software. My reports are easy to understand, incorporate color photographs and include a convenient summary. The report can be delivered on site or over the Internet the day of the inspection.

2. I am a member of several professional organizations including the Arkansas Association of Real Estate Inspectors, the National Association of Home Inspectors, the Indoor Air Quality Association and the Exterior Design Institute. I always exceed the required annual continuing education credits mandated by the State of Arkansas.

3. Home buyers are welcome to be present during the inspection. I will take time to answer questions and provide insight on my recommendations. I enjoy putting recommendations in perspective for the buyer. If the home buyer cannot be present, a complete telephone review of the home inspection report is offered free of charge.
